He is charged with measuring and improving Hisco’s customer experience as well as leading the company’s efforts in channel refinement.

Hopkins joined Hisco in August 2015 as director of customer experience and was instrumental in the implementation of integrated customer service processes. As vice president, he will continue to draw upon his previous 24 years’ industry experience from Grainger and HD Supply.
