Roxana went on to say, "My passion is putting people in houses that not only bring happiness but also makes them a sound financial decision. A home can literally be one's retirement, a nest egg, your children's future, and almost is always the place a person spends the most time at. My job is to do all the homework for my client and let then make the decision based on those facts I present. One might not need to know how to deal with computational fluid dynamics or have close to three decades of loan experience but it certainly can't hurt.
