(EMAILWIRE.COM, October 07, 2011 ) Shelbyville, TN -- Manuli Stretch USA, Inc. is pleased to announce that a non exclusive license agreement has been signed with Paragon Films Inc. pertaining to U.S. Patent No. 6,265,055 (“the ‘055 patent”), which claims a stretch film having seven or more layers. The financial structure of the agreement consists of a one-time payment payable by Paragon Films. The specific terms of the agreement are confidential.
