    Big Daddy Sal promotion

(Transportation-News.com, September 09, 2013 ) Little Rock, Arkansas -- Savy Industries, the producers of Big Daddy's Microfiber Cloths, has announced a cleaning regimen for high quality microfiber towels that will ensure customers obtain the maximum durability from their product.

With microfiber being such a unique, efficient and durable cleaning and detailing tool, it only stands to reason that this revolutionary product would require less in the way of ongoing maintenance to further its longevity. However, there are things that can and should be observed when it is time to clean this miraculous tool that cleans everything else.

Boyce Henry, director of product development at Savy, suggested the following regimen, especially for high quality cloths designed for detailing and heavy cleaning. "Through company testing, personal experimentation and customer input, we put together a general guideline that seems to work very well for maintaining quality microfiber products."

Boyce further explained, "The first thing is to separate the cloths into cleaning groups. Group 1 may consist of towels that contain water soluble compounds such as polishes and compounds, group 2 would contain all cloths used with sealants and group 3 would be general purpose.

If the towels are badly soiled, pre-soaking each group separately for at 30 minutes in fairly hot water with a good detergent and WITHOUT fabric softner should prepare the towels for a general wash. Agitate the cloths occasionally and when the water turns murky and the heavy soil is removed, they are ready for the wash.

To prevent cross contamination of any chemicals, wash the towels separately in warm water with a good, clean detergent. Now, after the wash cycle, but before the rinse, add about 1/3 to 1/2 cup of white vinegar for the rinse. White vinegar contains acetic acid, which will leave your microfiber cloths nice and soft for the next detail job.

After the wash and rinse, toss the towels in the dryer on very low heat for 15 minutes or so WITHOUT any fabric softener. Fabric softener is an enemy of microfiber and will hinder its unique cleaning qualities. Now your ready for your next project."
