  • Why The Word, "Florida", Is One English Word Spoken All Over The World

(Transportation-News.com, August 02, 2016 ) Orlando, Florida -- A team of nearly 200 people have been doing research to come to understand the popularity of the state of Florida, as typically viewed by people in most parts of our world today. Traveling near and far over the last 27 years has been a revealing experience! When discussing the matter with the entire team, it became clear that there is a common dream among millions of people in the world, and that is to visit Florida sometime in their life. So the question has arisen, and a definite answer needs to be determined, "what IS the big deal?" What is the main inspiration for all the fuss over Florida? What makes that State so popular, when there are many places in our world that the masses agree, are even more beautiful than Florida, and with a climate just as inviting.

Most Floridians will admit that their state does not offer everything, but one thing it definitely does willingly extend with open arms to visitors is a wide variety of attractions; enough to fill the vacation schedule for most families coming in from out of state year after year. If consideration is given to the fact that many countries throughout the world have huge amusement parks, and many special attractions, then the attraction of Florida becomes even more of a mystery. That of course causes people to stop and consider, "what DOES Florida offer that most places lack?"

When the team began to put together the many attractive attributes of the state of Florida, the answer to the puzzle became more clear. After all, Florida has the oldest town in the United States (St. Augustine), and in central Florida, Ocala claims to be the "Horse Capital of the World". Driving around that part of the country seems to bear witness to that fact! Florida's Key West is famous and unique as a town, and at one time in the past even started to break away from the United States and also from Florida, to become it's own country. Florida is blessed with great beaches, and vast areas of national parks, as well as some of the finest and largest crystal clear springs in the world. Fact is, when you consider that Miami Beach is considered to be the "New Hollywood", and it is constantly busy with huge business conventions as well as making movies, then Florida adds that aspect of popularity to it's list of assets.

When the team of nearly 200 people began to put their findings together, Florida became a definite choice to use for the theme of a new channel on YouTube, and will also be the theme of a new web site that is expected to go online by early fall of 2016! The site and YouTube channel (by the same name) will both feature original video footage of many of Florida's great spots, and the footage will be filmed with professional equipment and by knowledgeable video people! The team is currently busy putting 4K quality video cameras to work all over the state, collecting "Video Visits" of a large number of attractions in the state.

Anyone interested in learning about a lot more than just the Orlando theme parks (though those are coming soon also) should drop in and check out the YouTube channel right away, and keep in mind the coming web site later this year.
