A new report by Best Organic Supplements (BOS) finds that the nutrients in chlorella supplements can be extreme depending on how the chlorella was grown, harvested and processed.
Many consumers buy chlorella without doing further research on the company that makes the chlorella or how it was processed. BOS, in its report, states that consumers who believe that all chlorella supplements are the same would would be shocked to learn the nutritional differences between brands.

Consumers need to read between the lines and ask lots of questions to figure out which supplements have the most nutrients.
In the special report, BOS talks about resveratrol dosage and how it can vary greatly depending on the resveratrol supplement. Consumers need a much lower dose if they are taking 99% Pure Trans-Resveratrol. On the other hand, if you take a 50% Trans-Resveratrol supplement, you will need to take a much greater dosage each day.

Even in the field of organic supplements, there can still be large differences on how the supplements are processed. Even an organic ingredient will lose its nutritional properties if you expose it to high heat when making the supplement. Consumers should look for organic supplements that use freeze dried powders.
